Our technically sophisticated systems for steam, heat and power generation are customised to meet individual customer requirements and manufactured to order. Dual study programme

Opt for a dual study programme in mechanical engineering with us as your practice partner!

After 7 semesters you will be a mechanical engineer (Bachelor of Engineering). This gives you the opportunity to study at the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences in Köthen from the winter semester AND to gain your basic practical experience with us. You can do this in the areas of design, quality assurance and service.

The mechanical engineering degree programme in Köthen focuses on the following subjects:

  • Technical mechanics and machine dynamics
  • Materials and production engineering
  • Construction and Computer Aided Design (CAD)
  • Computer Aided Engineering (CAE)
  • Automotive engineering and lightweight construction

Internships

Final theses

We offer students who want to start their career in a plant engineering company the opportunity to work on practical tasks. Experienced employees from the fields of project planning, calculation and design are available as supervisors. The main topics can be specified individually and include, for example, the structural analysis of a steam boiler (FEM calculation) or the energy evaluation of a waste heat boiler system (operational measurements, thermal balancing).

  • Manufacture of all individual parts through to assembly of the finished boiler
