Your tasks:
- Production management & coordination:
Planning, controlling and monitoring the entire production processes in the area of (I) steel construction to ensure the technological sequence and timely completion of all projects. - Quality assurance:
Responsibility for compliance with quality standards, state-of-the-art assembly and welding sequences based on the applicable standardised regulations. - Employee management:
Motivation, planning, Management and control of industrial employees, various teams in the area of steel construction and their supporting trades. - Technical responsibility:
Ensuring the accurate realisation of assembly and welding work in accordance with technical drawings, parts lists, procedures and work instructions. - Security management:
Enforcement of occupational safety measures, in particular when wearing PPE and compliance with accident prevention regulations. - Interface function:
Central contact for the steel construction sector (I), for production, work preparation and design. - Process optimisation:
Continuous improvement of production processes to increase efficiency and optimise costs. Active involvement in current restructuring measures.
Your profile:
- Education:
Successfully completed training in steel and plant construction with further training as a master craftsman and/or technician.
- Experience:
Several years of professional experience in manufacturing and / or assembly.
- Leadership competence:
Experience in motivating and leading employees.
- Technical expertise:
Knowledge of lean production methodology, confident handling of technical drawings, parts lists and work plans. - IT:
MS Office and ERP - Personality:
Independent, structured way of working, assertiveness and ability to work in a team. A go-getter and creator with the courage to find new solutions.
