Your tasks:
- Organisation, coordination and optimisation of production processes in the work area
- Ensuring that production orders are realised on time, in line with quality and costs in cooperation with work preparation and quality assurance
- Technical guidance of employees in all trades in the production area in shift operation
- Implementation and control of the specifications for quality assurance, order and occupational safety
- Instructing and informing subordinate employees
- Supervision of trainees and interns
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in a metalworking profession with further training as an industrial foreman in metal or technician
- Preferably welding specialist/welding technician
- Professional experience in the fields of welding technology and mechanical production
- Knowledge in the field of boiler, tank or apparatus manufacturing desirable
- Confident handling of common PC software, including MS Office and ERP system
- You are characterised by commitment, reliability, willingness to make decisions, assertiveness and the ability to communicate and work in a team.
