Your tasks:
Production controlling & performance analysis
- Monitoring and analysing production performance using central KPIs
(productivity, rejects, set-up times, etc.) - Ongoing control of production costs (material, labour, hours)
and derivation of measures to increase efficiency - Creation and further development of shop floor reports and dashboards
to support production control - Carrying out variance analyses and target/actual comparisons
together with the division managers
Cost centre & inventory controlling
- Analysis and control of production cost centres and cost allocation of internal services
- Calculation and post-calculation of production orders
- Evaluating and monitoring stock levels, analysing ranges of coverage and stock turnover
Capex controlling & investment projects
- Evaluation, plausibility checks and tracking of investment projects
- Preparation of profitability analyses and ROI calculations
- Support in decision-making on capex projects and control of budget compliance
Planning, forecast & month-end closing
- Participation in budget planning and the preparation of rolling forecasts for the production area
- Support for month-end closing with a focus on production (inventories, provisions, accruals and deferrals)
- Close cooperation with production, maintenance, purchasing and finance
Your profile:
- Studied business administration and industrial engineering,
a comparable qualification with a focus on controlling/production
or at least 5 years of professional experience in plant/production controlling,
Ideally in an industrial company with individual or small series production
- Experience in investment controlling and the evaluation of profitability calculations
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems (e.g. ProAlpha)
- Analytical, numerate, with a strong understanding of processes and production
- Strong communicator, structured, team-orientated
- Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
