Your tasks:
- Management and development of the quality assurance team
- Monitoring and optimisation of quality processes
- Development and implementation of quality standards
- Planning and conducting audits
- Analysing quality data and initiating improvement measures (error management)
- Collaboration with other departments to ensure quality requirements are met
- Training and further education of employees
- Processing customer complaints and external enquiries
- Reporting to the management
- Ensuring compliance with legal and normative requirements
Your profile:
- Completed studies in the field of quality management, engineering or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in quality management
- Experience in employee management
- Very good knowledge of regulations and standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ASME,...)
- Experience in conducting audits
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and assertiveness
- Structured and independent way of working
- Confident handling of MS Office and QM software
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
