To strengthen our team in the production department
Your tasks:
Support for production foremen, especially in
- Organising, carrying out and monitoring parts of the production process
through the use of labour, operating resources and materials - Quality fulfilment of all work orders
- Compliance with legal and other occupational health and safety regulations
and accident prevention - Leading working groups and participating in vocational training
- Identification of potential for increasing efficiency and participation in the continuous improvement process
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in a metalworking profession and experience as a foreman
- Professional experience in the fields of welding technology and mechanical production
- Knowledge in the field of boiler, tank or apparatus manufacturing desirable
- Confident handling of common PC software, including MS Office and ERP system
- Reliability, willingness to make decisions, assertiveness
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Shift readiness
