Your tasks:
- Responsible for the operational purchasing of goods and services
- Obtaining and reviewing offers
- Preparation and conclusion of contracts
- Tracking of delivery dates, including documentation
- Project assignments
- Ongoing monitoring of stock levels and ordering of parts in the required quantities
- Disposition and requirements planning, checking remaining stocks and alternative materials
- Coordination of delivery dates with project management and production
- System-side processing of goods receipts
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training
- 2-3 years of professional experience in operational purchasing/materials management
- Good technical understanding and market knowledge of the metalworking industry
- Conscientious, independent work, high sense of responsibility, structured and team-orientated way of working
- Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
- Strong communication and persuasive skills, flexibility and the ability to work in a team
- Negotiation skills in German and English
