Your tasks:
- Supporting the financial accounting department with the monthly financial statements
(accrual and deferral postings) and monthly reporting - Collaboration in the preparation of intra-year forecasts and annual budget planning
incl. actual, forecast and plan analyses - Preparation of cost centre and cost unit evaluations and variance analyses
- Monitoring of cost development as well as preparation and reporting of actual development
in cooperation with the cost centre managers/project managers - Carrying out target/actual checks at the end of the planning periods and preparing variance analyses, coordinating with the cost centre managers/project managers
- Creation of ad hoc analyses and evaluations
Your profile:
- Business studies with a focus on finance/controlling
or commercial vocational training with further training as a controller (e.g. IHK, Controller Academy) - At least 3 years of professional experience in a corresponding position
- Competent handling of MS Excel, as well as ERP knowledge (FI, CO, COPA)
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Methodical, analytical and structured way of thinking and working
