Your tasks:
- Planning and organisation of work processes
- Creation of work plans and schedules
- Coordination of material and personnel deployment
- Monitoring of production processes
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Communication with various departments and suppliers
- Analysis and optimisation of work processes
- Support with the introduction of new production methods
- Documentation and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Your profile:
- Completed technical or commercial training,
as well as several years of experience in work preparation or production planning - Knowledge of production processes and materials management
- Good organisational skills,
as well as an independent and structured way of working - Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office and planning tools,
Experience in the use of an ERP system - Analytical thinking
- Resilience and flexibility
